Quorum needs your calendar to know when your meetings happen. We only read meeting times, titles and guest lists — never your email.

Choose which meetings to record

Pick a rule. We'll show you exactly which of your upcoming meetings it covers — you can change this later in settings.

Record all my meetings Every meeting on your calendar, unless a privacy rule excludes it. Only meetings with outside guests Good for client calls, sales calls and interviews. Only meetings I organize Quorum stays quiet in meetings someone else runs. Ask me each time Quorum will prompt you a few minutes before each meeting.

Set your privacy rules

Two protections are already switched on for you. You can keep them as they are and press Next, or switch one off.

Never record one-to-one meetings On by default

Why: one-to-ones are often personal — feedback, career talks, health — so Quorum stays out of them even if your rule would otherwise record them.

Exclude meetings with external guests On by default

Why: people outside your company haven't agreed to be recorded by your tools, and in some places recording them needs their consent.
